Responsibilities:
- · Efficiently answer and complete phone calls with patients, vendors, and other external contacts
- · Accurately obtain all required patient scheduling and registration information
- · Understand insurance plans & policies, verify benefit eligibility and facilitate referrals.
- · Thoughtfully schedule appointments according to protocols and applies judgement to meet patient needs
- · Initiates patient scheduling activities by prioritizing and accessing a variety of digital messaging sources.
- · Respond to requests for information from patients, providers, and coworkers in a timely manner and with a positive attitude
- · Show you are a team player who is committed to excellence by assisting your peers with general clinic maintenance and upkeep
